麦芽糖拔丝芋头

准备材料: 【芋头】 1快
马铃薯】 1快
白糖 8tsp
麦芽糖】 1tsp
flour 4tbsp
鸡蛋】 1个
冰水 1碗

Peel taro and yam. Use any kind of yam you want.

Cut into thick strips

Batter with the flour and egg (egg first). Shake off extra flour.

Fry with oil until done. Drain and rest.

Add tbsp of oil into pan, add sugar, and heat until the sugar liquifies. Add the maltose. Toss the taro and yam and coat with the sugar. Dip each piece into cold water (ice water) to solidify the sugar. Enjoy.
