1、将墨鱼汆烫后切丝。Cook calamari in boiling water, drain and slice into fine strips.
2、将西芹切丝,将墨鱼丝与芹菜丝泡入冰水增加清脆口感。Immerse in ice water with shredded celery.
3、将墨鱼丝与芹菜丝捞起沥干,加入沙茶酱、麻油、适量食盐拌匀后即可装盘。Drain and toss with KIMLAN SATAY SAUCE,sesame oil and salt then serve.
