准备材料:

Ingredients

SweetPotatoDiced 【蕃薯 】 粒200gm

TaroDiced 【芋头 】 粒200gm

ColouredTapiocaFlourCubes 【木薯粉 】 粒200gm

Water水1kg

Sugar糖150gm

PandanLeave(6Pcs) 【香兰叶 】 6片

CoconutMilk 【椰汁 】 1.5kg

RedBean 【红豆 】 200gm

【凉粉 】 300gm


BuBur Cha Cha 新加坡摩摩喳喳的做法

METHOD

Sweet potato diced and Taro diced steamed 10 minute

Red bean put in water and sugar 20gm steamed 1 hour

Boil tapioca flour cubes in hot water 10 minute

I kg water put in pandan leave to boil 30minute .

Then put in coconut milk boil after put in sugar to tasting sweet enough sweetness

To serve all cook ingredients , put in bowl after pour the coconut milk soup

Finish done
